Ambassador Rachad Bouhlal visited Chuo University to pay a courtesy call to the Chancellor & President, Mr. Shozaburo Sakai. With “Chuo Vision 2025” Chuo University aims to develop it’s status worldwide, by promoting globalization, and discussed on exchange and cooperation between the universities in Morocco. Ambassador also visited the research in Science and Engineering, labs studying about risk management of the ports and water refining.
