Ambassador Rachad Bouhlal visited Kagawa Prefecture together with H.E. Mr. Kishida, Minister of Foreign Affairs, invited by the Ministry’s “Local to Global Project” initiative. He visited Ritsurin Park, Shodoshima Island, Setouchi Triennale 2016 site, and also experienced Udon noodle making.
