Ambassador Rachad Bouhlal received special mention at the photo exhibition “Japan through Diplomat’s Eyes” with his photo “Flying over Odaiba.” Honorary President of “Japan through Diplomat’s Eyes” is H.I.H. Princess Takamado, and this year marks the 20th Anniversary of this exhibition.

The exhibition is held in Tokyo from Oct. 3 thru 9 at Roppongi Hills Cafe Space, and will go to Kobe, Nagoya, and Higashikawa.
