Ambassador Bouhlal attended the 69th tree planting ceremony held in Minamisoma-city in Fukushima. This year was the last for H.M. Emperor Akihito and H.M. Empress Michiko to attend this ceremony, and after observing one minute of silence for the victims of The Great East Japan Earthquake, memorial trees were planted to create disaster prevention forest.
