The 5th New Year Symposium was organized by Japan Morocco Association.

Mr. Nobuaki Kitamori, Representative Director/ Senior Executive Managing Officerof Mitsui & Co.delivered the keynote speech, introducing their businesses in Morocco (infrastructure, energy, food production etc.).

Opening remarks was made by Mrs. Hirose, Chairperson of Japan Morocco Association, and Mr. Oka, Director General of Middle East Division of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs delivered remarks as a guest.

Ambassador Bouhlal gave a presentation on Morocco, and a panel discussion followed with Mr. Mekonnen, Minister Counsellor of Ethiopia, and with Mrs. Hirose as MC.
