Ambassador Bouhlal participated in the Japan Africa Business Forum 2021, organized by the African Development Bank, External Representation Office for Asia.  The Ambassador delivered the opening remarks for the ADC (African Diplomatic Corps) Session, and also participated in the session of “Feed Africa” held on the second day.
