The strengthening of the Moroccan-Japanese parliamentary cooperation was the topic of a meeting on Friday in Tokyo between the Ambassador, H.E. Mr. Rachad Bouhlal, and the Chair of the Committee on Foreign Affairs at the House of Representatives of Japan, the Honorable Kiuchi Minoru.
During this meeting, the Ambassador congratulated Mr. Kiuchi on his appointment as the Chair of the Committee on Foreign Affairs, while reaffirming Morocco’s desire to strengthen its relations with Japan thanks to the privileged friendship bonds between the two countries.
The Ambassador also emphasized the excellent parliamentary relations between Rabat and Tokyo, marked by a regular exchange of visits. He also praised the role of Japanese companies based in Morocco, while benefiting from an optimal investment climate, effectively contribute to local socio-economic development.
For his part, Mr. Kiuchi praised the excellent relations between the two countries, while affirming his willingness to help strengthen parliamentary cooperation between the two countries at all levels.
