The 20th edition of the Meknes International Animation Film Festival (FICAM) was held for 6 days from May 6 thru 11. The Junior Jury awarded the Japanese film, “Fortune Favors Lady Nikuko” (Producer- Mr. Akashiya Sanma / Director- Mr. Watanabe Ayumu) with the Best Long Competitive Animated Feature Film. The film was also awarded with the Public Prize of Long Competitive Animated Film.
More than 25,000 people attended the various preview screenings scheduled in Morocco, including 5,000 schoolchildren.
