The Ambassador of Morocco to Japan, Rachad Bouhlal, meet with the President of Saitama University, Dr. SAKAI Takafumi, to discuss continued cooperation with Moroccan universities.

This visit was also the occasion to give a lecture, to the students in the class of “Introduction to International Relations,” about Morocco and Japan’s bilateral relations.
