The Ambassador of Morocco to Japan, Rachad Bouhlal, met with the President of Tokyo University of Foreign Studies, Dr. HAYASHI Kayoko, to discuss potential cooperation with Moroccan Universities.

This visit was also the occasion to give a lecture to students of the University about Morocco and Japan’s bilateral relations.
